NATURE OF TREATMENT:-
15 year old Poornima reported to us with the deficits after initial correction of cleft lip and palate as a child she had Orthodontic treatment, maxillary advancements followed by lip and nasal surgeries for improvement of aesthetics and function of speech. The orthodontic treatment took five years at a subsidised cost of INR 20,000/-. The maxillary advancement costs INR 24000/. The nasal and lip correction costs INR 20,000/-.
